With almost all of today's real estate marketing using photos, they've had to.



More and more of the Marketing of Homes involves websites like Realtor.com, national real estate franchise websites, local real estate company websites, agent websites, online Multiple Listing Services along with traditional flyers, making good quality photography and imrpoved virtual tours essential.

A generation ago, Realtors previewed homes on weekdays to show their buyers on the weekend. Now the Realtors preview using the Multiple Listing Service or the buyers preview online at sites like Realtor.com. If there is only a front photo or the interior shots look bad, the house doesn't get a "showing."
